    Question Apple Double Dip

    I was wondering what method you would use for an Apple dot com DD.

    I was thinking that after receiving the first one contacting Apple and stating that the laptop does not work. Then I would FTID. Then on the second one FTID that one stating that I don't need the laptop anymore

    Is this the most common method to DD? Also what version of FTID would you use? Change the recipient?
