    Blame coronavirus, and ask if there's any way you could refund it because of it?

    Like SE your refund, if it's unopen and all that, they should break and allow you to refund it...

    If you speak to them. They can extend the 14 days to another 14 days. Just say you got covid. The extended it for me when I said that.

    I was gonna say i got a replacement but didnt want it so i wanted to return it but because of covid lockdowns i wasnt able to return to stores for 2 months. This is why i am returning, now that stores are open. (Currently a lockdown going on. No stores open)
