Scammed out of refund fee
I processed a refund for a guy, not on MPGH, and he has blocked me. What options do i have to make him pay? What could i threaten him with, like a rebill or reporting to the authorities?

Usally people who do this don't care about re-bills/problems, because the information is not theirs, might be that it's not even their order. Like a chain. This is why pre-pay is better. Sadly, it's against MPGH rules. Refunders can easily be scammed nowdays.

you can pay someone to find the guy real info and threaten him for the money but its alot of work
