I'm not able to IM anyone

I'm trying to IM people from the links they provide on their post and it doesn't work. It routes back to the Home Screen. I have plenty of posts under my belt. Anyone know why this could be happening?

@peely88 If you look at their profile below "thanks" the box with the three dot; if you click that it redirects you to im and adding them as a friend to chat with them. Here is a thread about it: https://www.mpgh.net/forum/showthread.php?t=1366974
