Why? Because the user dealt with me OUTSIDE the MPGH. He is bluffing about the bullshit method he got my TG from.
The user saw me on different websites, Saw the best price for his required account, and bought it and I was trying to make him understand the situation which he clearly doesn't want to because he's seeing an opportunity to get the money back AFTER he got the account limited by doing "Unusual Activity" According to PAYPAL NOT ME!
This scam report should not be entertained anymore!
IF he still insists on the account to be "FIXED" he has to return it to normal standing by submitting documents and restore it to normal standing and I shall be happy to fix it for him & Add the Bank account which is the only thing I can do for the respect and support of the Staff members and this forum!

2ndly You are clearly taking his side and ordering me without even trying to do justice here. I will not be refunding him because I don't have a refund policy neither the service is incomplete. If he says he needs to add a bank account I can do this because of MPGH but other than that this is a clear example of discrimination against sellers on MPGH. I am willing to fix what HE claims is my fault then why the order to refund?
Also, I have been repeating this over and Over.
The User is required to FIX the limitation HE caused to the account before I can add the bank.
Once he does that I am ready to do this under 72 hours (PP policy)
you are not allowed to share any sort of outside contacts site etc he got your mail email you and your site is on your profile not allowed as well
i told you at first time at report to fix or refund won't matter if you can give him the service he paid for yes go ahead.

All passwords are same as delivered so he can access the accounts however he wants -except 1 gmail password which I'll send.

What does this even mean? "Best price" as in cheapest for me? or most expensive according to your accusations that I planned this all along to get refund? Cause there's other mpgh sellers that are BOTH cheaper and more expensive than you, so even if I was going for the most expensive seller to refund scam or whatever it wouldn't have been you mate so your argument is void. Stop with the accusations... I dont got time to waste coming on here to do some refund BS scheme

But nah I guess a lil $90 breaks your supreme 1 year aged paypal while I did near double that amount first day on 3 other fresh paypals I bought from other sellers, w/ no issues still until now, those accs living going 2 weeks now.

Yh like said before I really dont want the acc and rather the refund...
1) Don't want anymore dealings w/ seller w/ how he's been acting, lying, accusing me etc; 2) Don't trust the seller and that quality of replacement acc will be any good, or that it wont be sabotaged/ stolen back later on; 3) No longer have a need for it w/ the amount of better working accounts I've bought from other sellers since then
