Title says it,
My internet completely drops out when downloading any game off of Steam and any other game launcher, any large file from my browser, or even just updating games. Even just simply watching Twitch or Youtube can trigger my internet to hit the bricks.. My connected network will turn to "Unidentified network, no internet access" and the only way to fix it is to either reboot, or disable and enable my network adapter for it to do it again later.
I am connected via Ethernet, but also have Wi-Fi. I tried to switch to my Wi-Fi network and disabling my Ethernet entirely and it gives the same results. I even bought a new PCI-E Ethernet card and it still does the same. I tried to update all my drivers, reinstall windows, and even replaced my entire Router / Modem and nothing is helping.
My fiance has a small gaming laptop that never has this issue, same with a cheaper desktop we keep around the house, so it can't be the network. Even with every other device around the house powered off, this is a consistent issue with only my desktop, and I cannot figure out why.

@FreedomAsync I think it is an issue with your service provider.. Have your internet serviced and ask if you can request a new modem/router if you are renting.
Had more or less the same problem where when i started doing big uploads to store on cloud, my router would drop the connection for every user. Swapped it out for a better router and it doesn't happen anymore.

Only issue is that it is my specific system, no other user is affected by it.
My fiance uses her desktop quite frequently and downloads large games from Steam and EA with no issues, and no drops. If we started it at the same time, her computer would have a 60GB game complete within an hour while mine would continuously drop the connection and would require manual restart of my network adapter.
I have had multiple new modems, and multiple new routers.
I have looked into the issue and it is apparently a popular issue MSI boards have for LGA1151 sockets?
I also had issue with similar setup
I swapped to AMD board + CPU
Sounds like an ISP issue, it could also originate from setting a high MTU value like jumbo frames
