Ok i have this menu hack and i change the Y coordinates and it never moves does anyone have any ideas on why?

Lol well this is the code it should be working but it doesnt it is pissing me off

Dude i had the panic key their and it worked but when i tryed it again it just didnt move

with a panic key you can re active hacks you have to do by hand like INSERT?
