they do not ban the ip address, if they ban, they ban the components of the pc. I say this from personal experience.

EAC records many components ID
but they are basing their HWID bans on just two of them which is Storage drives identifiers and Ethernet card's MAC
And I am also speaking from personal experience.

What do you mean VPN has nothing to do with it your PC components identifiers are grabbed by EAC right after initialisation what u can do is use undetected spoofer so it would record spoofed IDs and not your real ones.

Yes, if you change those 2 components in ur pc or spoof their identifiers, you be able create new account and play on the same pc that has been HWID bent previously w/o auto ban after 1-2 first trials.

Yep, I've experienced this with a new MAC and a new HDD and I can say it works, but if someone reports you for any reason (you'll most likely get at least 1 report because they can even report it whenever they feel like it), your information will be checked and from the HWID again You will be banned. Am I wrong?

will have to experience that so far playing quarter of a year 4-5 hrs daily having argues in post etc as usual but on this very one i havent hack nothing its just clean..and so far so gud.So if at any time they will i will know 100% its just cuz of that what u typed but true to be told i doubt if i havent been reported at least 3times by people, we will see.I let ya know in like 6 months i guess xD

According to the developers they will introduce an automatic ban system so that they don't need to do manual checks, this can be an opportunity and you can continue playing normally by changing a few components and in the new system, if you get too many reports your account will be banned
