Is there still a way to get into ghost lobbies or to get matched against the same groups for easy win?

If so, is there a way to find other people willing to do this? Im open to chat on IM if
there are any other people interested in the matchamking cheese and are willing to share the method.

I too am wondering on how this is being done now. I've tried a few things like changing my location on both main pc and virtual machine to some obscure location but with no luck
