Yes.

Naturally, go to //https://www.dll-files.com// to get any .dll file you need.

But, it's a bi*** of a process to go through, and you want to start hacking right away, so here's the link to download that .dll from:

https://www.dll-files.com/pop.php?dll=d3dx9_43

Extract it from the .rar file, and place it into your Nexon folder where "Engine.exe" is kept, along with the rest of the various files and .exe's.
