Been waiting for a couple days now to upgrade my Netflix account would wait if you wanna buy from him. paid for a year and account only lasted for about a month. Messaged him awhile and still no response. Hoping he responds soon.[SPOILER][/SPOILER]

My netflix has been upgraded and I am nearly at the end of my warranty, it's really been a great service
It is quite weird to see many people vouching him for Netflix Upgrades, but I have been waiting for his answers on IM since Thursday and he hasn't responded properly or not even providing info. There is practically nothing mentioned about "Product Features for Netflix" on his Listing / Sale Thread.
Q1: Is it personal account Upgrade on my e-mail? to which he responded "you cannot change the e-mail but password can be changed".
I was asking if the e-mail can be provided by me for the "Personal Upgrade" or it has to be on his e-mail, there is no clarity on his reply.
Q2: Can I watch on 4 devices simultaneously, can I fully customize the 5 profiles? to which he responded " it is a 4 screen account".
So, what about the profiles? Some of my questions are not even answered responsibly.
We can come to the understanding that he might be busy in real life and we need to wait for a few more days for our queries to be addressed, but he is really not the fact here. He is real quick to ask for my "Payment Modes" every single time I ask him a question. He updates about this availability on his sale thread and his "Buyers" are actively vouching him.
And just because I asked him some basic questions about the Upgrade, he's been Ghosting me on IM's.
You may be a Reputed Seller here, but this doesn't look very professional or customer-friendly.
And IMO, without clearly defining the details of your product (Netflix / Spotify etc) Sellers should NOT be allowed to post their listings here, since the product specifications / features can later be manipulated by the Seller at a later date.
