Bypassing Private Server Ban Lists?

Hi so recently I got banned from one private server (for a bullshit reason lol) and it seems as though almost all of these private modded servers are using a shared ban list that prevents me from joining other servers. My question is does anyone know anything more specifcally about how these ban lists work or what they are really using? I have already tried changing my IP using a VPN but of course to no avail that does not work; I presume they're using the UID to ban. Is there any possible way of tampering with these lists or bypassing them?

No, you need a new steam account and you need to make sure you change your IP address any never play on the new account with the same IP address as before.

Almost all servers use cftools which will link together any steam account based on IP address and admins can see your alt account bans and just ban you again if you don't change IP address.

do they can see past accounts with HWID? Or only changing IP is ok

You have to change IP and Steam account; I highly doubt that they can see your HWID that would be pretty invasive.
