Combat Arms page not loading completely for me. jQuery?

I've been having this problem for about a week or two now, forcing me to have open Combat Arms directly. The start page doesn't load completely so I can't launch normally when opening up the the page. Here's a screen shot, and that's about as far as loading goes on the site.

Try using a different browser or use direct launch

Go to your Combat Arms folder
then look for CombatArms_Direct.exe

The site will load for me, then go blank and keep loading nothing

Direct Start is better.
