How to use marketplace?

I'm trying to figure out how to use marketplace - I want to make a thread selling handmade personal steam accounts, and probably games with them, but it's getting rejected because I have "duplicate same category thread". But I'm having a hard time to find where I'm already selling steam accounts which are personal, full access. Help would be appreciated.

I'm still not sure how can I start selling those, I tried to make a thread following the rules in the same way I made a few selling thread few years ago but this time it's not really going anywhere. Any guidance will be appreciated!
