Noob at investing, looking for suggestions

    'sup

I've been thinking about in investing money into something, but I do not know where to start from, and I'm kinda bad with money (but it's improving more and more as month's go by, I can save 200 euros a month, so I'm looking for some sort of advice, there are some through my bank too, but idk if that is a good idea.

Edit: Kinda the reason of me doing it is because I currently lack a job, I've been applying left and right, with no success coming from it, I'm actively looking for a job because of a life changing event that may happen this month.

Idk how things work over in Estonia but...

    Risk-Free Investing: Certificate of Deposits
Diversified Risk Investing: Exchange traded funds, index funds, mutual funds (basically funds that invest in a large variety of assets)
Higher Risk Investing: Choosing individual stocks, cryptocurrencies, niche commodities (think like NFT shit)
YOLO All or Nothing Investing: Options, Gambling

Other things to consider: Real Estate (your money goes towards mortgage payments and you pray that the property rises in value), Company/Government Bonds (these range in risk/payout depending on company/country)

And a general rule of thumb that the younger you are the more risk you can take on. If you lose your money, well you have more years to earn it back, whereas if you're old and retiring, you can't.

This. I don't know what your risk tolerance is but you need first a safety net, so I'd suggest invest in something relatively safe like index funds. My index fund is beating my portfolio of investment.

That being said, aim for something in the US / international. Tech is hot.

My risk of tolerance is pretty low-- I probably need links for index funds, if there are any. I just have some kind of "funds" that help somewhat help with the financial situation until I get a job or even after that to grow stability, since I am somewhat in a risk of losing home (living with dad, but my city doesn't have many 3 room apartments)

I have invested in an NFT game currently. It's called "Axie". It is currently popular in our country. I have invested at least $20,000+ and currently I have $5,000 in just 2 months.

One of my friends told me about this. My understanding is that players are awarded Axie when they play and win games, this Axie can then be sold for money. So I was like what gives this Axie value? Can I use it somehow in game? I was told it can be converted to Ether. So then I was like, if people can infinitely farm Axie, wouldn't the market just be flooded with Axie? But then I was told that if there aren't buyers, the game devs can buy Axie. But then I was like, if that's the case where is all this Ether coming from?

Furthermore, the idea of earning while playing games I feel is nothing new. I can play League of Legends, level up, get champion skins which increase my account value, and then resell (though the effort is definitely not worth the money). I can boost people in games for pay as well. Can also play CSGO, get loot boxes, sell loot boxes or open loot boxes and sell contents on Steam Marketplace.

Lastly, is the game worth my time playing? Like I said above, I can play other games and generate some cash, but if I don't like the game, I don't think it's going to be worth it. So unless the game is really fun to play, I don't see how Axie will hold its value. Unless there's like some super whales that want to buy up a bunch of Axie. I mean if people are willing to spend thousands on Gacha games to get shit, it can happen with Axie too.

I am also aware of that questions, and since I'm not an expert when it comes to crypto, NFT, etc. I took the risk to invest in that game, there's a lot of youtube tutorial out there.

Well, that is true, it's nothing new but in Axie, you can earn at least $500 monthly(each scholar) even though you're not really good at the game. FYI, $500 is already a good income in our country.

I have a total of 25 scholars right now. And if you calculate it, 25x500 = $12,500 in a month. And in my case, I do give them 40% of that earnings. That also depends on the market price of their token.

I took a shot while it's mainstream so I can at least earn 5x of what I invested.

To be honest, I like the idea just spending time playing the game, and the money just comes in, on top of that, add in there a little bit challenge like "Get 3 kills in one game, and you'll get this amount of money" - Vividly remember there being a website like that, recently was trying to find the said site to use that too, but I couldn't find it, I must be rather dumb.

Vanguard beating your portfolio? My man you need a new portfolio. I do mutuals, ETFs and money market as my safeguard go all in on global and domestic cap equity averaging over 20% return, beating SMP some months. Just ask flengo i made that man a few thousand already

All crypto is inheritably useless. Unless it has real world use, is unique and hits the trifecta of crypto - scalability speed and stability. Algorand is a good bet ive made over 50k on it.... bought at 70 cents in at 15k cashed out $2.40 a few weeks ago. Easy income reinvested it into my stock portfolio as I dont wanna pay taxes on that shit just yet. But goes without saying crypto in general is garbage speculation moreso than stocks
