My original account is @lanfeust11 I was banned for threatening a member for not wanting to pay me after he got refunded his order. As per the MPGH rules it states:

- No threatening MPGH members with any sort of blackmail or DDoS/flooding/attack threats. (1 Month Ban)

But I was permanent banned.

And I literally have hundreds of vouches in this forum yet I was banned for just my first and I only threaten the user because he was scamming me yet nothing ever happened to that user for scamming me.

I'm against the unban. Doesn't matter if this was the first offence, not only did you threaten the buyer but you also went through with some of those threats... however I do have a bias since I was the one that issued the ban.

Correct, but the user was outright scamming me and nothing ever happened to the user simply because of the fact that he was threaten. I did not threat him for no reason, it was because he refused to pay for the refund. I offered my refund service for many MPGH users with hundreds of feedback doesn't seem fair to issue a ban for the first offense considering the situation.

Since I did threat someone for not paying me, I don't think is fair to outright ban forever. Is possible to donate to forum or give out free refunds as punishment? I never scammed anyone and literally had hundreds of vouches on this forum. I am sure you guys can come up with a punishment even though Ive been ban for over 5 months now.
