Animation looks pretty cool.
One issue with putting Hinata like that is that she's riding forward
yet the landscape is moving sideways.
Just might look odd.

yeah thats why its 50% done + i used the stock and the colours of another picture as a layer named TEST CHAR... since im not gona use this particular picture ... ima gona redraw it and then it would be easier to create 10 more layers for the total animation ;D

Yeah, it'd look better if she were moving sideways not still and facing forward. Other than that looks nice. Did you use flash to make the animation? Or is it just the way the anime looks to me? =/

im moar Photoshop only so no endless neat lines for me... no just damn pixels/brush 1px. lucky that i chose this format normally i would do 2500x4450(or something) like this picture:
