How do you keep track of everything?

With so many different bills, chores, exams, other reminders that are thrown your way, how do you keep track of everything?

... Or am I just terrible at life?

I use a Reminders app.

you just take what's urgent first

here I am working, having bought a house at 25, bills all around, need to fix my house up, wife who got sick but thank god is better now, parents who are illiterate and trying to buy a house so obv the son has the fix it, trying to start a company, trying to stay healthy and work out, trying to have some relaxation and fun

and it's all normal, that's the life of a young man

you don't keep track of everything
only the things that are important the coming 3 days or so, you keep a calendar for all the important stuff and note it down for that day
if something is urgent keep a reminder in sight, I always keep a bill or piece of paper at the entrance of my house so I am forced to look at it and do what you must

Phone calender. I work out of state for half the month so I have to keep all my stuff organized for when I'm home. I have all my investment/bills/overhead put in my calendar for when they will be taken out of my account.

Once you make it a habit, it's not that bad.

I use Sticky Notes and write down my plans for 3 days ahead. For example:

I've recently started making a list in Evernote, taking a screenshot, and setting it as my screensaver for my phone's lock screen.
