Kind of like fucking a girl, gotta make sure it's clean before you put your dick in there. Get it scanned, checked out, and take other people's advice. Best way to prevent them.
Some are easily taken out, and some are painful

What anti virus u got??
Read comments and ratings on torrents before downloading/opening.
Repair install win7. That won't delete your files that aren't part of the windows OS, so if it works again after repair install, there was something placed in windows. If that didn't fix the problem, try going into safe mode and preforming a system restore. (Will restore your computer to a previous date, one you can chose, but there might not be any restore points that are recent.)

Ahh my friend got it its not that useful get eset nod or kaspersky
To get into safe mode, you have to press F8 before the splash screen(Windows symbol animation), or pull the power cord during the splash screen and restart(Will give you a "windows did not boot properly" message because it didn't boot properly from the loss power) (Don't worry, it shouldn't harm your files if you have to pull the power cord.)
Good luck bro .
Ive had it, only way to fix it is to reformat
Reinstall/ System Restore/ Why the fuck didn;t you just use PACSteam?
Backup your important docs, if you have any, and then reformat.
