Since, I am kinda like MPGH lawyer, in the TOS there is something: Nexon can ban or revoke anyone rights to use their products for any reasons, any time, anywhere, for anything that is in the TOS or not in the TOS. However, they can't ban you for being..Black or Jewish, that would be against national and state laws around the US and other parts of the world. Now, they can ban you for being on a hacking site. There is nothing you can do about it, under the TOS of MANY games, the company can ban you for any reasons that does not go against state or federal law.

Example: Nexon banned/blocked his IP because he/she was a suspected hacker as he/she was on MPGH.

No it does not, no where does it say, by joining a hacking site you'll be banned.

In the TOS, the only way you can get banned is by cheating, using third party programs, illegal acts like scamming, spamming, etc.

No they won't, the only ones they can banned are the staff, as they are selling hacks for CA which against their TOS.
