Ok this is becoming not fair discussion after everything i explained and told you that EU/UK accounts does not come with PHONE NUMBER ACCESS since we dont have VOIP in EU. Fine the account is not working? ok.
@Azerila after this one you cant tell me im the problem here.

I bought a NEW VPS and set it up! and guess what?
I signed into the account! [Again its not my PC or anything its a RDP that i can give you access to and check the account yourself that it is working like delivered from day 1!

After this im done explaining further more and if you are going to accuse me that im the problem here i literally explain my plans, his problem, how to access, i EVEN made a new VPS that can be accessed by anyone and use the account like i sell.

bruh you can log into any account cus of phone access when ip change PayPal will send you to code for login that's pretty simple

before selling to the user did he know that account won't come with a phone number?

Again im explaining to you, we use real sim cards like one time only access from our provider means i dont have access as well lol i logged in from a new vps without PHONE ACCESS [ [B @Azerila understand this, i dont have access to phone number and i said it x3 times EU dont have VOIP means phone access into internet bruh...[/B] ]

Summary:
Since both of you tell me that the account has problems with phone verification, I proved that my account is fine and working currently by logging in from a new VPS without phone access only by Google Authenticator 2FA Verification that is explained to him 5 months ago and yet still explaining to every customer.
@Azerila I think i have cleared everything out mate, I still dont know why im still having to deal with this report since the problem is not from my end and you can see it.

There are multiple reasons that this case is not Done yet, nor does Azerila have the right to unban someone if you didn't provide a solution to me. (And you still didn't).

I'm not some kind of guy who will privately contact someone to get unbanned like you, and I will never fall in this category like you.

Where is your clear instruction to set up on new VPS account? Since you submitted an appeal you didn't contact or send me any guidelines to solve my problem. (Communicating only on Thread).

I will give you my VPS, set up account on this VPS and this case will be solved.

While I am not a staff and definitely shouldn't be replying on this thread in particular, but I would like to give some feedback about it.

How was this in any sense of imagination of "Just by letting people do whatever they want" ? When @Azerila specifically asked both of you, and I quote:

And, Breezeyou2 doing what @Azerila asked him to do by providing the proof of him being able to access the account in full view of the moderator, the video was showcased. You have not send Azerila a private message with a video showcasing you having problems with accessing the PayPal account which you bought through Breezeyou2.

Maybe, it also could be somewhat fault of Azerila for not removing the space between your mention and "same for you" and adding a space between your mention and the message of "go ahead on another VPS clean one take me a video that you can log into the account. before login in clear cookies and send to my PM" which is not his fault, maybe Azerila was in a hurry, and really didn't put much of thought into it because he was hopeful that people would be understanding, but it seems not.

Therefore, I can see there have been complications in understanding one and another, and the staff member trying to help the situation, clear communication is what helps a lot in these kinds of situations, and considering the fact that the both of you (Pety and Breezeyou2) English isn't your primary language and there could very much been some language barriers across the board it can make things harder, and I do not blame you for it, but blaming the staff is not the way to go.

You should warn people that sometimes it might not work, because of PTS2 Auth problem!

I have spent over 20$ just to investigate your words. And after third VPS purchased I managed to login.
