It is needed for texture hacking

and i don't wanna download it again
again 2 hours waiting and than i have to install it

it can be found in the main folder

You just need to keep searching, try to go to advanced search and click the Mw2 Texture or just the Mw2 section, and it should be easier to find.

If you messed up with textures and your iw_07 files messed up do these steps.

1. Delete your Iw_07 file
2. Go to your steam games tab and right click on modern warfare 2 and select properties
3. Then click on local files, and click on verify integrity of game cache, it'll find that your iw_07 file is missing and it'll download it, it's about 160 mb so it'll take a minute or two.

P.s. I just did this yesterday a couple times

if u dont have the legit, go search or ask a modder to get you one mate. No Outside links, even if PM , you can pm outsidelinks the minion because he would have to scan and test..

Can't upload it, way to big. Just do what sintro said. It works.
