Too bright, turn the opacity down to about 50% and it might look alright. Also, make sure it's desaturated before adding any colours. It looks like it wasn't even overlayed because it's so bright, even though it was overlayed. Just turn the opacity down to 30-50% and it'll be better.

Might've been better if:
1. Use the regular Snow Vally
2. Not use the minichams
