Lol its not a retail kids it just a event that WR is holding to get more people to join it.
Some people thinks its a scam why would they scam you for a lvl 1 acc. Any ways you should do this if you were looking to make a new acc becausenits great and you lvl faster with the 20%exp boost.

Yeah i tried this quite a while before (1/2 months) didn't work for me, but it did for SOME others.
The only hack I use is skill
(Just kiddin...
