    Yes it was an exchange so it only makes sense that he refunds my btc back.

    He got the Paypal I was using closed and even if I was to accept his paypal funds again, who is to say that the funds he sends does not get reversed again due to his fraudulent activities?

    I have informed him to refund back via btc.
