Wasteland 3 Achievement Unlocker CE

SETUP:
-Play past the prologue
-In the Ranger HQ area, pick up some snowballs (slightly north of the "Leave Area" prompt to travel to Downtown Colorado Springs)
-Equip regular snowballs, travel to Downtown Colorado Springs, and save your game

USAGE:
-Target process: WL3.exe
-Load save if necessary. While in-game in Downtown Colorado Springs, check the box next to "LaunchMonoDataCollector()"
-Wait several seconds and then check the box next to "Enable Achievement Unlocker" *
-Enable "Unlimited Snowballs" if needed (must already have some equipped)
-Throw a snowball at an NPC. [stringBaseAddr] should populate
-Check the box next to the achievement you want
-Throw a snowball at an NPC. Achievement will unlock
- Repeat Steps 5-6
