why chat stopped working in mpgh.net

Guys I am ubale to use chat and IM in the mpgh.net. The button downside the browser is completely gone while link besides the forum is not working at all. Can anyone suggest that what is happening here?

Why do we force members to use a clearly poorly coded integrated chat messager that is down constantly.
