So a post I made about selling valorant hack was deleted.
If this is a hack forum why is it not allowed to trade game cheats? What are you supposed to do here?
I believe MPGH used to sell hacks, but then they got sued by Nexon a long time ago for that, so they are trying to avoid lawsuits. It could also be because you aren't allowed to sell hacks, only freely distribute them. If someone gets scammed on MPGH, then a lot shit will occur with proof of logs and who is right and who is wrong. Another reason is that it was in their ToS since day 1 of the site being made.
Sorry I saw the replies too late.
I still don't understand why you are supposed to drop something you work on for days for free. And even after it is ready you are supposed to constantly update it to keep it safe.
I would instead question why "free" hacks are allowed since they have a higher risk of having malware. Not to mention even if they are legit they would get patched quick.
About who is wrong and who is right, you are supposed to research the product you are buying. You don't just go ahead and buy something you see instantly. You ask questions, you learn about the product and then you decide. If you have paid for it and if you get scammed, then you are in the wrong for not learning about it enough. Let the users decide who is scammer and who is not.

MPGH started as a public utility for making cheats freely and publicly available. It was the anti-thesis of what the industry was doing at the time. We've never been in it for the money, never charged a penny for posting or letting people sell on the website, or for any of their products. Yes, we've gave minor preferential ranking for fixed fees at most, but MPGH was never really about making money for us.
I think a year or two ago we opted in to even allowing selling software instead of just goods and services, which by extension, is a game hack. The thought process for excluding hacks is that 1) it's basically illegal 2) it can severely damage the websites' reputation 3) we never really commercialized it even though we spent thousands upon thousands hours of hard building this website to let some random person get rich and risk the website 4) it really is the anti thesis of everything we built making the entire website public and free.
