This theme is in development as a project, the elements are currently in an unrefined state.

Let me know if you like it, I know it's currently in a rough state. I also hadn't written a chrome extension before, and this has been relatively easy for modifying the sites appearance. hmm just noticed an error in the version I'm using that I don't know when I coded in. I will get to it soon enough.

Bug: I accidently set the icons/emotes to have a background color that doesn't match/conflicts with selection but doesn't prevent it. applied hotfix to another bug and repasted scans

To Install:
Extract Zip File
Goto one of the below based on your browser:
edge://extensions/ or chrome://extensions/
Turn on Developer Mode
Drag/Drop Downloaded folder as if it were an Extension
Should be installed, reload/goto MPGH
Enjoy
Made to be used on top of the MPGH v2 Dark Theme
Found under Settings > General Settings

Revision 0.55
Make sure the site is set to V2 Dark. - as it covers a lot of incomplete areas to at least blend better for now.
My progress on this will just be my spare daily time spent on MPGH, I noticed on mobile the colors of the top and bottom of the boxes appeared to be very different ugly blues, this should not be the case so please let me know.
I will not be pouring hours into this, the forum updates are coming, no not tomorrow but soon enough! When they do this will be even more so useless than it is now.
Therefore feel free to test revision .55

There are minor issues/unfinished theme areas/new post footer content/etc....
This is revision .55 not 1.00 it's not finished by any means but I will still be using it everyday till the update and slowly fixing out the kinks. Let me know what you like / dislike.
Still a lot to do but I have a lot going on currently so here's this for now.

I will be completely rewriting the extension as to remove code that isn't needed. The revision released here is a test copy in like stage one, it will not remain so ugly. I promise Thanks for the interest so far. I'm waiting for the migration too lol! but for now this will do.


The rewritten plugin already fixes a lot of the issues and removes like 3000-4000 line of irrelevant code from testing and etc...
Honestly just wait to download until I released the fixed copy, unless you are looking to test the unstable copy shown above,
I'm just saying its ugly and inefficient as the new one copy accomplishes more than half of the above in like 140 lines.

As of now the future revision will require the MPGH v2 Theme and will override everything itself the v2 Dark Theme conflicts with the v3 future edition.

Smoothing out the kinks

Will be providing an option for Full Width/Normal Width of the site.
If you want to test the new copy before I release it just pm me and I'll send the current build.

Perhaps try out Dark Reader's version of the site for inspiration. It maintains the main color palette while darkening just the backgrounds. I personally prefer the Blue/Orange theme with dark backgrounds.

The only issue I noticed with Dark Reader is when someone's text is in black or a darker shade, I can't read it at all. So maybe your version can fix that.

Here's Version 0.5 which is still made to be used with V2 Dark but will not be as problematic with normal v2 anymore. This version is being rewritten and does not yet replace certain things the above test copy does but is made more stable/stylized.

Well as shitty as it is lmao, I fixed the ugly color problem, well forever ago and forgot. My monitors colors were off so....in short a lot of shit I had done for like a month was miscolored beyond this simple extension. I use this on top of the v2 dark. It's not really a v3 more like v2.1 and has some minor issues I never fixed. I can overlook them/reloading once fixes some since I didn't target the bottom of new post-boxes they will occasionally have white on the buttons when new hence the reload. Anyhow here's a video and the scans/file. Enjoy, or don't! This was for my personal use tbh and I use it so....goal accomplished.
