Looking For Someone To Create Website for Reviews Like a Blog & Domain (PAYING)

I'm searching for someone that have knowledge on creating a website that will basically be for Posting Reviews, I don't want the website to have a fourm where people can post. I just want the website to be like a ******** where i can post reviews and pictures with the reviews.

I don't know how much a cheap domain would cost but i am willing to pay someone that have experience in creating the website design with a DOMAIN name and i would like to be kept updated on the website name that will be chosen by (Me) and how much the domain would cost (monthly)

Currently no longer needed at the moment, But will keep this thread open for a while ( Hopefully ) till things change due to difficulties of life issues.
