How to check IM add history?

I accepted a few IM requests and I forgot who those were. Any way to check who added me on IM, and vice versa?

You can't, you just hope that they will contact you back that's what happens to me sometimes...

You will not be able to unfortunately. Once you remove them they will have to either add you again or you add them back if you remember their usernames. Though you might be able to make a request and they might check it for you. In the future they might add a chat history on IM, but at the moment no.
