    The seller said that it will offer the one paid account and one more account in compensation.
    They said that they will give me one of the accounts now, and the next one when the current one expires, basically after one month ^^
    I agreed with that, and now I am waiting for the account/answer

    They said that they don't have azure accounts anymore and there's an issue and cannot get more accounts(I didn't really understood), tried to offer me different accounts for different services, but I refused. The seller also said that it can do a refund instead
    I am looking for either the azure accounts, or a full refund on paypal

    @BrakkyRo If the seller is unable to provide a replacement they're allowed to offer other services that you could accept or request a refund for the amount you sent.

    I confirm that they have sent 7.27 bucks out of 12.5 I have sent for the trade, waiting for the rest of the balance.
    They also sent it via services and goods which resulted in my funds and future purchases done with that account to be put in hold for 21 days.
    If possible, please edit their comment so It doesn't include my name/address
