Marketplace not apporoved

I open a Marketplace topic but I don't get any notifications and I think the topic is not approved why? Also, I can't see the thread I opened.

Your thread was handled accordingly by the marketplace staff. When you submit a thread it goes through a queue. You will receive a notification when it is approved. You will only be able to see your thread once approved.
