Same here, been trying for months to get a password reset through Telegram / Live Chat, no response. I had a lifetime membership. This seller needs to be banned.

Same here, lifetime member and no one is responding anywhere. Service is not working and is literally useless since 4 months ago or more.
But the owner keep "bumping" for what? Now is officialy a scam.
