Updated Assembly Script since the other thread has an invalid attachment.
Features:
1-Hit Kill (Zombies-Only)
Fast Loot
Infinite Energy
Disable Zombie Attack
EXP DISABLED
Notes:
Unknown if working in DR
Best used in SP mode
Instructions:
Place extracted file into \Dead Frontier\DeadFrontier_Data\Managed folder.
If there is enough interest, I could possibly include a damage multiplier for bandits and slower zombies in future updates.

I think you would try to make aob that work with cheat engine lua script so may be better alternative way instead of waiting for approval on dll
