Hello, I have never used hacks or hacked anyone, but after a few years I wanted to enter my Steam account and I realized that it was stolen. I know this because i have GTA V and it is associated with my Rockstar account, but the Steam account changed as if it were a bot and now I want to get it back. Did the person who hacked your account change your email address? If not, maybe a password reset will allow you access again. If so, you may be able to reach out to their support team and explain what happened. They should have an audit history of your account and if you provide them the email address it was under previously, there may be something they can do to assist.

if it got stolen , contact steam and show them the receipt that you bought game there. i think then you will get access to it after proving that you were the actual owner
