What happened to Noxey’s service?

What happened to Noxey’s service? He used to be quick and easy to get replacements from. That’s why ive been buying his things but lately (a couple of years), he is starting to decline. Slow replacements and so hard to get in touch with. I’m curious if anyone experienced this as well or is just me. Would like to hear anyone that has dealt with him recently or past few months.

Yes, friend, I've been facing the same thing for 6 days now, it won't replace my Netflix account even though it tells me to write to me on Telegram and it still doesn't do anything there.
