I don't do any tutorials simply because these files are used for Fmodel and there are billions of guides on how to use it.
There is no risk as the game is not even opened, they are only used to view the new files for each update.

That said, just learn how to use Fmodel and understand how to use them, I'm not a person who makes tutorials but who makes the most up-to-date files available to everyone, and then making a tutorial would be too long to explain here.
Anyone who knows how to use Fmodel knows exactly how to use the two files I inserted.
