its a good idea, but it's not practical because so many different pub coders release they're own hacks.

To avoid leechers is pretty easy for coders:

1. Code the hack.
2. Give credits + For MPGH.NET
3. Pack it with Themida to avoid Hex Edit
4. End of the story.

Coders dont want this because they are users of rival sites and release their hacks there and Moderators or Admins wont approve their hacks if they say MPGH.NET

Now you understand why the leeching?
