    Mine always says this programm is not alowed to run... Even when i do the reset function and restart the game. And the url doesnt work for me either (cant connect to server)

    If you're in a server with people and you go to the site, you can ban them, you don't have to do anything it the program itself.

    This tool gathers information from the server. Than you have to open IE/Mozilla and you type https://127.0.0.1:28961/ . Than you see the players and the option to ban them.
