Cleaning for TeamViews

Im sure there has been a thread like this before but I cleaned my registry, have hacks on an external drive yet I get this.

The process (hack) Press ctrl+alt+delete, go to processes, and see if there is anything named hack.exe or w/e. If so, end that process and try to delete it again.

There's none of those but it's really important that I clean NOW.

You press F8 before the windows sign pops-up.

I can't delete it from Safe Mode?
I went through my registry and there is a LOT of stuff in there, at least 30 entries :/ I spent a good time deleting it but I'll just wait a few weeks and say something happened.

Is there a way to force the "Could not connect to log in server" message? Then you don't appear online

I suppose that I will format and use another computer to get hacks, rename them, and then hack? idk. Thanks for the link hejsan.
