They dont care about baning tickets, unless you have a really good excuse and you can prove it: like(my PC was hacked and the guy used a hack and got me banned), in this case they will check the date u used hack, ur IP and shit like that....so not a good idea xD

Oyea, when my account got hacked i made a ticket and got this message back:

And then they closed my account. I told this to the owner of the website where i bought the game and they gave me a new cd-key...
