I'm using my mom's laptop.
I tried everything..
It starts, but then it doesn't show the screen where you type in your password.
I tried system recovery.
I gotta take it to go get fixed. D:

How do you know it's not a hardware problem? >_> lol

Windows computers don't have hardware problems hardly and if they doo its something like Overheated Motherboard or its a fried Hardrive but its like a 70% chance you will get that, most times its software problems like the Os boot screen Start Bar Stuff like that soo all he needs is a new Os or try Safemode and than try System restore
