follow that guide
if nothing else works, then you'll need to get a new computer, or wait for the next combat arms patch to go down.
i'll ask a minion to re-open that guide so further questions can be answered.
good luck

Get tune up utilities, theres a thread to get the full version free,i have .99 gb of ram and your graphics card matters,if you have one from around 2005 youll be getting around 30 fps,any older and youll get 20 and down.I have an ati radeon 9250 128mb,the game will also go slow if you have a built in graphics card.if you have pci-e or agp go to your local electronics store and buy yourself a new one for around 30 bucks.
well, I can't advertise, but on the radio, there's this "Double My Speed" commercial, so u should listen for that xP. It's a program that scans your computer for viruses and kills them for you.
If I'm still advertising by putting the name, just let me know, I'll take it off >.<
Jabuuty Must you Be that way with your "epic" Pc?
try buying a new video card, or new computer
