Need help with 2LT PW change

My friend gave me his 2LT account and he forgot his birthdate and last name, he didn't put his actual last name and birthdates. I want to change the password without doing that, is there anyway I can do that? Is there a hack I can change the password without doing the birthdates and the last name? Thanks.

You cant change it without the Birthday/Last name.

you can't change the Birthdate, but there IS a way to figure out the last name, make a Ticket to nexon, and then Close it, and underneath it, it will give the Name that he used
