Custom sounds. Trying to make my own

Hi i am trying to make my own custom backround music. I use an mp3 put it in folder > iw_20-sound-music and name it >hz_t_oilrig_themestealth_v1.mp3. Then i erease all the info artist album etc. and use Packscape to replace the original file. the files dont match i dont know what im missing and just a little help would be greatly appriciated.

make sure to fix the crc32 of the file.
