If you submitted an appeal that means that you got your password. I've never been blocked by nexon so I cant say.

Get an IP Changer. I have one. PM me if you want it unless you have Static IP and can't change your IP

Appeals works. Worked to a friend of mine who was hacking with gordfags; he appealed and 2 month later he got his account back.

Er... I have no clue what the difference from a dynamic and static IP is, but I have wireless, which is connected to my router, which is connected to my modem.

Static IP = never changes

Dynamic IP = changes occasionally or often

If IP changers don't work, you have a static.

There are programs where you can mask or hide your IP. I had never test them but maybe work.
