its called evolving..
it gives +1000HP for every evolution
When the round starts and your "It" Mutant. you have 3000HP
If your a human and your mutated you have 2000.
you evolve by getting kills or evolving by pressing E near dead mutants.

Theres 3 stages of evolution for every mutant.
Green Mutant Lv1 no spikes.
Lv2. Small spikes on back and hand.
Lv. 3 Glowing Green with raging spikes.

Maiden Lv1 Injection needles.
Lv.2 Fingernails
Lv Glow+ Longer fingernails and your Red

Dread Lv1 claws
Lv2 Faster speed
Lv3 glow + faster speed and health

While you are joining a game, it will give some tips, and what you are looking for should be there. And if you don't know how to do it, just act like a dead mutant is a bomb. Just hold down on "E" and wait a few seconds. Also, the title of this thread isn't so great.
