EDIT: removals takes the little things out of the game u dont need like grass muzzle flashes to make your fps go higher and less lagg

yea just tested and works... they have bean changing there ltc's alot..

i always ask myself where these new hackers find the PTC commands ...
they leech them and dont give credits or they hex edit hacks and steal them o.O
