How can i glitch...

I have seen people in mutation other places box glitching.
I know that im just a noob cuz i cant glitch but im just wondering,
Can you get banned for glitching and can someone give me a tut

Glitching in Public can get you banned,but private no.

And Go to the Corner.Press Shift and keep holding it,Jump,press W+S fast (don't hold them and keep holding Shift).When you fall down,don't press anything and don't hold shift.Wait like 3 sec and walk forward.

1.Go to a box ( not all box are patched )
2.Aim the corner of the box
3.Jump Once
4.Press SWSWSWSWS OR ADADADADADADADA ( don't hold )
5.If it dont work try jumping and trying again

ps:

Some people say it easier with

S+W
OTHER
A+D

- Go To The Corner Of It.
- Jump 3 Times.
- Click A And D Fast.
- When You See Yourself Going In, Move Up Than Press CTRL And Your In.
